Appreciated decent sized and compact rooms.

Booked a room with a washer/dryer. Central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television were a bonus. The location was amazing, and we could reach Rainbow Plaza by walking.

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were helpful, location was magnificent quite close to the subway. Booked an a double room with a washing machine provided for longer-stay travelers. The room had a safe, television and a microwave plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Location: the property was not far from the train station and nakasu and shopping malls and department stores. I was there for 2 nights and would like to come again...

I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and spoke great English. My room was spacious, clean, and had modern facilities such as a washing machine and dryer. The location was great, with the Tenjin and Hakata shopping areas nearby and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The breakfast offered plenty of options and had a Japanese twist.

We had an amazing time on our romantic escape, the hotel had two complimentary treats that made our stay even better. The location was perfect, close to public transport and plenty of restaurants. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a washing machine/drier and a microwave. We also enjoyed the beautiful city view from our high floor.

The room could have been cleaner. There were a few spots and dust here and there, especially in the bathroom.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room at Tokyu Stay. It was much bigger than other hotels I've stayed in. The bed was comfortable and the room had a washing machine and a microwave, which made my stay even more convenient. The city view from the 10th floor was also a nice bonus. The location is great with several convenience stores nearby. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Tokyu Stay Fukuoka Tenjin.
